The whole bunch is pressed, the juices are racked in cold temperature for 24 to 48 hours. The light must has been fermented in oak vats with many wines. The wine has been aged on fines lees for 11 months before being bottling.

A beautiful translucent color, bright, it hangs perfectly light, a nose that opens after a few minutes to small white flowers, almonds and hazelnuts, a very pleasant mouth.
