This plot is located on the Montagne de Beaune, in the hollow of a small hot combe in summer. This vine, aged 30, looks towards the city of Beaune and is exposed rising sun.

The plot is located above the AOC Beaune 1er Cru "Les Bressandes". Its soil consists of very white clay-limestone rock and nodules containing Barium inclusions. The Giboulot estate has been converted to Biodynamie since 1985, so it is a pioneer of the genre in Burgundy.

Vinification: whole-bunch grapes are pressed, cold settled for about 24 hours. The must is fermented in old oak barrels to maintain purity and minerality. The wine obtained will be aged on lees 12 months before being bottled.

Varietals: Chardonnay
